The foundational Fast Start Day
A four-hour deep dive where your coach gets to know you, your business, your vision. The session creates clarity on where you want your business to go and lays the foundation for our plan to get you there.

1-hour monthly masterminds
Growth Mastermind is our 1-hour monthly mastermind session connecting you with a community of like-minded professionals who understand the challenges you face and offer valuable perspectives. When we get together, we talk about topics that are important to entrepreneurs.
There are things that are changing always in the industry, and Growth Mastermind gives us a place to talk about them with a group of smart business owners who bring their experiences to the table. We all benefit from the shared knowledge.
(2) Bi-annual Board of Advisors retreats (in June & December)
Our bi-annual Board of Advisors retreats create space to think strategically and make decisions to support the long-term growth of your business. Twice a year (in June and December), we bring the whole Growth Academy Coaching community together for a full-day, in person retreat.
During that time, we discuss what’s working and what isn’t. We take Growth Mastermind to a new level with in-person conversations about challenges, ideas, resources. Our clients have breakthrough moments during these sessions, and more often than not, walk away feeling less alone in the entrepreneur journey. They also walk away with renewed energy and focus.

Hi. I’m Joe Novara.
As a Robbins-Madanes certified business and mindset coach…
I have over 10 years of expertise coaching business owners and sales professionals just like you. Add to that more than 30 years’ experience in sales. Nearly 20 of those years have been spent as a business owner.
Through training events, group coaching, and one-on-one coaching services, I’ve coached hundreds of professionals in companies like Edward Jones Financial, US Health, First Citizens Bank, First National Bank, and hundreds of small businesses.
